Lot 50714 – Pre-stamp Mail to France

1840-70s entires to France, six of which with GB/1f66c accountancy handstamps in black or blue, three with framed INDIA UNPAID in black, 1860 cover from Pondicherry that did not travel through the British P.O., 1840 and 1841 long entires in French from Calcutta with red INDIA handstamp and on reverse three-line Steam Postage handstamp and showing a red framed « Paquebots/De La/ Mediterranee » handstamp; good to fine condition (15).
