Lot 50618 – Sri Lanka 1990 Fidh set and miniature sheet printers proofs on card with 1990 date

1990 Fish set of four individually affixed to small recessed card, Russian printers handstamp at base with signature, line not comb perf., plus miniature sheet on thin flat card fine and rare. Each stamp has the date 1990 in bottom right hand corner and unissued like this. Very rare, only a few created.
