1931 (Sep 14) incoming envelope from Australia with KGV 2d tied by Terang VIC cds, underpaid with Australia « T40 » postage due handstamps, New York « DUE 8 CENTS » hs and violet framed « POSTAGE DUE ….. » hs (type not listed in Proud) struck on arrival in British Guiana with ms « 08 », cover wear and roughly opened at top, a very scarce postal marking.
