Animals – Dogs: 1883 (Jan 29) « Eckman’s Patent Folder » printed folding envelope with 1881-82 1c Franklin tied by Mazo Maine cds and cork cancel, with printed image of a boy looking at a dog appearing over the fence when the envelope is closed using the flap with « Beware of the dog » below, with printed message inside from the J. W. Butler Paper Co., minor soiling and some reinforcements to a fold and the flap, a very rare and most unusual cover.
