1938 Airmail letter from Mecca to Paris franked on back with 6 1/4g and 1/8g hospital tax stamp (format 30×18 mm), all stamps struck by bilingual Mecca cds, also Port Taufiq and Alexandria transit and Marseille airmail machine cancel 27 June 1938; Pink bilingual Par Avion label on front. A very attractive and unusual franking with stamps in fine condition.
