4×30 parale blue (pair and two singles, one on reverse) on registered cover in the 3rd weight step sent on 18/1 (1863) from Craiova (blue cds) to Bucharest, arrival 21/1. The stamps are close cut/touched on some sides, and have some imperfections. A very rare item for the specialist, as we know of only two other covers with the 120 parale rate, this being the highest franking recorded at this issue.A very desirable key item.
