Lot 80915 – 1912-1938 collection in album

An extremely fine, beautifully produced album on hand illustrated pages housed in a blue velvet casing with red interior and embossed golden State Arms, also with a metal plaque with « perforations » of the 1934 State Arms 5fr., with an equally finely produced index of contents which comprise a collection from 1912 set perf and imperf plus normal paper set with both shades of 25H, 1917 set in imperf pairs, 1920 overprint/surcharges set inverted, 5h and 10h overprint double, unissued 15h overprint and 1kr on 10h surcharge, 1920 5h, 15h and 20h without value, June set of 15 imperf plus further examples in different colours, Madonna set imperf in black and 80h imperf in three unissued colours, 1921 2Rp on 10h with many varieties, 1921 State Arms imperf between varieties, perf 9.5 set, 1921 Landscapes imperfs, black proofs of frame and centres, 1930 Views in various perfs including 30rp and 2fr perf 11 x 10.5, 1932 Officials set with extra 10Rp perf 11.5 x 10.5, 1934 Arms miniature sheet, 1935 2f Princess Elsa sheet of 20 with fold (hinged on four stamps) 5f Arms slightly stuck down and issues including sheetlets to 1942. Each stamp has been hinged to the pages. Probably the most remarkable and beautiful presentation album in existence, of the highest quality with undoubtedly hundreds of hours of work put into it by talented craftsman for 6th Centennial Commemoration, and containing some very rare stamps as well.
