1880s Front of a cover from Athens (Feb. 10th, 188X) to Constantinople (black postmark « Stamboul Arrivée »), franked at 30 lepta (UPU rate for an international letter up to 15 grams) but taxed at the arrival with block of four 20 paras to match the second level of weight. Black Turkish postmark « T » for taxed. Signed Calves.
