1862 Letter from Athens (May 30, 1862) to Syros (May 31, 1862). Insufficiently franked at 20 lepta and taxed with additional 10 lepta at the arrival to reach the rate of the Austrian ships of 30 lepta. The two stamps are from the consecutive Athens printings (1862/1867). Postmark in black: « ΠΛΗΡ. ΑΝΕΠΑΡΚΗΣ » for « Insufficiently paid ». The two stamps with good to large margins except the 20 lepta with one margin touched.
