The Robert Hisey balance accumulation of the 1910s definitives, arms type, a large box containing 100s of better letters and postcards, with very many interesting uses, incl. registered mail, express, and many parcel cards, censorship mail, etc.. Most items in plastic folders prepared for sale or on part exhibition pages . A great lot with many scarce parcel cards, incl. and cover with 40p bisect 1918, also letter with declared value bearing 10p, 20p and 40p with censorship.Many rare items noted.
