1793 (29.9) Folded letter sheet from Armagh to Dublin and redirected to Carlow, franked with manuscript Free John Richardson/Armagh September thirtieth, and showing a straight line ARMAGH and an unframed WRONG DATE both in red, alongside manuscript wrong date 29 Sept. followed by an Inspector’s GR/CROWN, the free delivery was disallowed and rated « 4 » but subsequently was also disallowed with additional inspectors’ CROWN and redirected to Carlow and recharged « 8 », an important postal history item for the connoisseur
