1913 Romanov Tercentenary 3 Ruble proof with partially completed engraving in black on card, without the names of designer and engraver beneath the picture and showing a lack of detail to the building and background. Possibly from the Tsar collection sold by R. Lowe in1935: « 3 roubles: An extraordinary set of die proofs in various colors showing the different states of the die – state 1, 2, 3 (3), 4, 5 (3), 6, 7 (3) and 8 (5)”, published in the Yamschik-Post Rider 1983, No 12, page 15.
