1902 (15.3) Meched Provisional: Envelope addressed to Teheran, franked 5ch. black with red initials, right sheet marginal single, neatly tied on reverse of envelope by MECHED/15.3 (inverted date), with similar and TEHERAN/28.3 cds alongside, very fine and very rare marginal usage.Note: The front of the envelope showing the confiscation note, manuscript date, and personal negative seal handstamp of Prince Moayyed-ol-Dowleh.
