De La Rue’s Fourth Scheme showing the proposed designs of the 1883-84 Lilac and Greens & 1882-84 High Values, examples of each value from 1/2d to £5, in the near issued colours except for the 1/2d printed in slate, printed by lithography on thin gummed paper, cut from a « Scheme » sheet but showing differences in design as follows: 1 1/2d without corner letters; 2d without spaces in the corners for the check letters; a very fine, fresh and attractive assembly, thought to be unique in private hands, see SG Spec. p.243
