1840 (Dec 23) Printed entire letter from the Educational board addressed to Borderley, bearing 1d black pl.3 OC, with good to enormous margins showing portion of the adjoining stamp at top, tied by smudged red Maltese cross and showing blue Handsworth « PY.P/No 15 » with matching « Handsworth » in blue on reverse, fine and very rare, cert. RPS (1979) (SG £2’500).
