1914 Second Russian Olympiad in Riga publicity vignette tied to reverse of envelope by « XXe ANNIVERSAIRE DU RETABLISSEMENT DES JEUX OLYMPIQUES 1894-1914 » black cachet, sent from Riga (13.5.13) to Germany with Romanov 1k, 2k, 3k and 4k, roughly opened at top but not affecting any stamps, fine and scarce, the only example of the cachet in black that we have seen.
