1904 (13/3) stampless envelope from Sanandaj to Teheran with despatch cds on front and on reverse a very fine strike of triangular bilingual TAXE PAYEE handstamp with image of Lion at the top, arrival cds to right (23/3). Only one example of this handstamp so far recorded. Vente aux enchères
