1876 (31 Jan) envelope to Paris franked 1870-71 40c orange and 1871-75 80c. pair tied ‘anchor’ lozenge with octagonal Le Cap Haitien date stamp in association, red framed PD and red octagonal Ligne No.2 date stamp, arrival backstamp.
