1930 4p on 1/2a with surcharge double variety on bazaar post card from Akula B Paramiah general merchant tied by very good Vikarabad cds, water stained as described in HDS Haverbeck sale one of two known and both with similar water stains. A rare variety postally used. Cert. RPS (2009). Ex. HDS Haverbeck, Dan Walker (S.G. £300 as used single).
