1888-94 Wadhwan combination cover with Imperial QV stamp and Wadhwan stamp 1/2pice black (SG5). The cover is addressed to Mr Byranjee Cawasjee Battliwala c/o Messrs Ralli Bros, Fort Bombay with a Stone VI stamp tied with the type P3 cancel in black and additionally a QV 1899 ½ green stamp which is cancelled with a circular mark W75 JU 21, and back stamped with a type P4 cancel dated 21 June 93 and a Fort Bombay delivery mark dated 22 JU 93. SG 5. Combination franking of Wadhwan is extremely rare and less than three such covers are known to exist, some perf missing at right margin, fine (SG £ 420+ under catalogued for combination franking).
