The Famous Postal Notice

Postal Notice announcing the arrival of the 1867 issue, dated « July the 11th 1867 ». This original notice shows instruction to the Postmasters in Italian, French, Arabic, and English, bearing a complete set of all six values affixed at the base and another fine mint set on an exhibition page. As to be expected there are creases and a few stains to the Notice.

An outstanding museum showpiece and of the greatest importance to classic Egyptian philately.
