1917 War Tax 1d red in upper marginal horizontal strip of 12 unused without gum (a little hinge reinforcement), the left hand pair showing ‘ovpt omitted (in pair with normal)’, the strip also with ‘double opt at top (in pair with normal)’. A most striking and scarce positional item.
