1861 Woodblock 4d pale bright blue showing « retouched » plate on right hand corner, mixed margins, lightly cancelled by CGH cancel leaving the retouch completely visible, fresh colour, thinned at left corner and faint corner crease at right, otherwise a fine example of this rarity, thought to be scarcer than the corresponding error of colour; ex G.
