Tyrone, to Edinburgh, prepaid « 1/2 1/2 » which included the Scots Additional 172d Wheel Tax, endorsed by the sender Post Paid and showing the postmasters improvised rating in red « PM 1/ 1/2″ and « Paid at Pomeroy », with framed No.1 receiving house mark and matching DUNGANNON PENNY POST, unusual & scarce
