1867 (Apr 17) wrapper to England with 1865-67 6d pl.5 pair tied bx « C » barred ovals, with « INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID » arced hs at left in blue with matching despatch cds on reverse, ms « 1/ » with « MORE TO PAY » circular hs struck on arrival along with Manchester cds, some minor foxing, a scarce underpaid cover with only a handful of covers known with this handstamp, ex Derek Seaton.
