Lot 40232 – Mexico 1868-72 Full Face Hidalgo collection

Extensive stamp and postal history collection housed in three large Yvert albums, sorted into districts starting with Acapulco and ending Zacatecas, many more interesting covers with noted 6c strip of four and a pair 12c covers Franco Aguacalentes, registered front with 100c and 1871 registered cover with single franking 100c both from Dorango, stamps including Chichuahua 100c without and with stops, 100c violet proof, 6c Pachuca marginal block of four without district unused, etc. There are numerous multiple, single and mixed frankings, a wide variety of cancel types loos and on cover. There are many hundreds of stamps and over 550 covers, a long time collectors passion that forms an excellent basis for expansion.
