1864-66 Fourth and Fifth Period with District name, consignment number and ‘1865’ or ‘1866’ in small figures, a large accumulation sorted into consignment and towns, starting with issues without overprints mostly unused, extensive cancels starting with Mexico numbers 1 to 210, many better values, some unused and a good assembly of mostly single franking covers showing complete strikes, negatives, etc A splendid lot for the specialist (100+ covers, 1000s of stamps).
