1854 (Apr) wrapper from Setúbal to Sweden (to the Admiral of Carlscrona) with 1853 25 Reis blue, large to huge margins, cancelled by « 42 » numeral with « SETUBAL » s/l adjacent, reverse Torlades & Co cachet along with Lisboa 7/4/1854, Marseille, Lyon, Hamburg and Stralsund transits, obverse with French « Espagne / Par St Jean de Luz » and Ystad arrival (tying the stamp), with the 25 Reis paying the postage to the border then crayon 1 Real in red for further postage. This is the only known cover of the first issue Portugal to Sweden. A unique cover in fresh condition, an exhibition showpiece.
