5s carmine-red, mint horizontal marginal block of eight consisting of two complete rows from the sheet, showing two overprint varieties, including reversed accent from (Row 7, Stamp 4) and missing accent from (Row 8, Stamp 2), the entire block exhibits unusually good centring, and the usual hinge remainders from the T.E.Field collection, a remarkable exhibition showpiece (Hib.
