1858/1891 Second Issue sheet (175 x 107mm) containing eight reprints of the 10 parale black on greenish horizontally and vertically laid paper, bearing number « 249 » in red pencil on its front, original sheet numbered « 1 » in top right corner, a scarce showpiece

Note: The 10 parale stamps was approved but never issued as the newspaper rate was reduced to 5 parale
