1859 (16.11) Decorative pre-printed postal certificate (postal form # 16) issued by the Postal Bureau of Ismail and bearing a slightly faded, greenish Cyrillic handstamp depicting Arms, Dolphins and Posthorn, fine (Dragomir type SM58 – 2.5R; see page 19 and graph on page 120: 6000 pts)
