KRAIOVA: 1858 (12.2) Postal manuscript bearing very clear decorative ornate Cyrillic full negative circular seal with inscription “KASA BUKURESTI: DESP: DR: KRAIOVA”, depicting Eagle, Post Coach, Riders and dated 1841, seal applied by lampblack, document being a receipt for 83 Lei and 5 Parale – carrier’s fee for Telegraph dispatch, file hole through tiny portion of hand stamp not detracting (Dragomir type SV51 – 6R; see # 8 page 27), extremely fine and rare
