1859 1 Gr. plate I, deep rust brown (bruno ruggine intenso) and 2Gr. plate III light blue, the latter with one touched margin, the 1Gr. a right-hand marginal with large margins, all on 1860 (9 Mar) underfranked outer letter sheet to Palermo, oval-framed LEONFORTE handstamp at right plus two Palermo arrival cds, bottom left with an extremely fine strike of rare straight-line « Insufficiente » handstamp.Expertise: Signed Russo, E.Diena, A.Diena, Cert.
