1972 Sapporo group of three participant’s badges in their original boxes:
– « J.O.C. » International Olympic Committee member badge, with blue enamel bar and legend above white ribbon with yellow stripe, very fine and extremely rare;
-« S.O.O.C » Organising Committee badge with Olympic coloured enamel bar at top and blue enamel bar with legend below above white ribbon with two yellow stripes, very fine and extremely rare;
– « GUEST » badge with purple-brown enamel bar with legend above white ribbon with yellow line, very fine and rare.
Thought to be the first time that the « J.O.C. » badge has been offered in an auction, certainly the first time we have offered these badges before. A superb and extremely rare group for the connoisseur.
