1903-04 5ch on 1kr postal stationary envelope, two envelopes with one showing downward misplaced surcharge sent Shiraz to Austria 1904, uprated with 1ch 1902 lion issue and 1904 6ch on 10ch brown for 12ch rate, and one registered envelope 1904 from Meched to London, uprated with 19ch on back, endorsed ‘Via Askabad’, and showing special reg. cachet in violet and large “R” struck in Meched and smaller type “R” on transit in Russia, the 24ch pay 12ch international rate and 12ch reg. fee; a very fine and unusual pair of uprated envelopes to foreign destinations.
