1901 large envelope sent registered from Teheran to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Constantinople, franked on back 5kr 8ch, including Mozaffar Shah Qajar 1894-98 issue 2kr and 3kr (rare on letter) and lion type 1ch, 2ch, 5ch, stamps cancelled by oval Tereran Maidan and Russian transit postmarks incl. Baku; a spectacular envelope with colourful high franking, wax seals on back missing and some creasing to the large entire.
