Incoming: 1863 (Nov 3) entire from St. Pierre in Martinique to Venezuela with French Colonies Eagles 40c (good margins) and 10c (cut into at right) tied by lozenge of dots with Fort de France despatch cds at lower left, endorsed « p. Cacique Voie de la Trinidad » with the very rare « TRINIDAD / SHIP LETTER » hs (slightly smudged strike), reverse with Trinidad transit, attractive and extremely rare cover with only two covers and a large piece recorded with this Ship Letter hs.
