1974-80 collection of mail from the War of Independence 5-frame exhibit. The focus is on the Rhodesian Government forces mail from the military post offices in 1974, through to their close and transition to Zimbabwe in 1980 and is enhanced by photos (reproductions), labels, security stickers (‘zaps’), maps etc. The collection shows the various campaigns and the units involved, whilst the covers show a wide variety of markings, cancels,frankings etc. A wonderfully comprehensive study.
