1808 (May 5th) Folded entire from Philadelphia, USA to London through the American Forwarding Agent showing a manuscript endorsement « Recd. & forwarded p thy assured friend Abm Barker N York 5 M 13 1808 » (Quaker dating = May 134) sent by private vessel and landed on the north coast on at Derry with a Crowned double oval « SHIP LETTER / DERRY » rated « 1/3 » rerated « 3/5 », a fine and scarce ship letter.
