1823 Calcutta 12 Apr to London, struck on back with circular Calcutta GPO datestamp with date inserted by pen (Giles type CG11) and on front indistinct strike of boxed “INDIA LETTER DEAL”; a fine letter, two vertical folds and with English rate marking on front.
