Lot 10574 – Mexico 50c engraved on cover to Zacatecas

Mexico 50c green engraved (consignment #111-1866, only 400 stamps sent), fine to huge margins, on cover to Zacatecas dated November 6, 1866, tied by « FRANCO / MEXICO » cds. Very fine and rare as engraved stamps appeared at the very end of the issue, so covers are very scarce in particular with the 50c stamp.
