Apam 13c blue lithographed (consignment #78) and 25c orange (consignment #34), both with margins ranging from wide to huge, October 12, 1866 entire letter to Mexico and tied by « Correos Apam » negative cancel (Schatzkès #24). The rate of 38c was valid but unusual.
