1871, 48 mon brown, plate 1, late printing, complete sheet of 40, unused without gum as issued, showing the constant varieties in positions 1, 2, 16, 27 & 35, intense shade and quite fresh impression, slightly touched at top left, with margins ranging from good to very large in other respects, clearly showing part of the positional pinholes in positions 20 and 38 (type R).
