10pa Brown, upright watermark, compound perforation, used block of four, two left stamps showing vertical accordion preprinting paper flaw, compound perforation shows top two horizontal rows perforated 13, the third perforated 12 1/2, the vertical perforations are all 12 1/2.
Important used multiple and the only recorded block with such a compound perforation.
