Mexico District 4r green + ½r lilac, 4th period, consignment #127-1865, the ½r with three large margins and 4r with four margins, tied to envelope (portion of backflap missing) sent express to the United States with Capitan’s Fee rate, sent from Mexico City to Milford, Delaware.
