80 Parale red on bluish paper, horizontal pair, just touched top right to good margins elsewhere, neatly cancelled by FRANCO/FOKSCHANY fancy cancel, with FOKSCHANI/MOLDOVA/3.6 double-circle ds and RECEIPISSE straight line, all in blue, on 1861 folded registered cover to Galatz, with red arrival bs, an extremely rare franking, as only four pairs are recorded according to Heimbüchler; in addition, a unique usage of this franking from Fokschani.
