27 Parale black on rose, a wonderful example, clear impression with good to huge margins all around, cancelled by superb complete strike of the blue double-ringed ds FOKSCHANI/MOLDOVA/29.9, pin hole and thin affecting stamp, nevertheless a wonderful example of this classic rarity being the latest usage from the Fokschani post office.
