27 Parale black on rose, a wonderful example, sharp clear impression with large to very large margins all around, cancelled by almost complete strike of the blue double-ringed ds FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA / 11.9, some filled thin spots on reverse, otherwise a very fine example of this popular and rare classic.
