1870 (May 11) envelope from Seychelles to the USA with two Mauritius 1860-63 9d dull purple tied by « B64 » barred ovals, one stamp with light « 1/6 » denoting the rate paid, with New York and « 2 » hs on arrival into US, redirected with New Bedford arrival bs, reverse with Seychelles despatch cds, very fine and very rare, one of only two such covers known; signed Bloch.
