1831 (November 12th) Folded entire sent from Andover to Dublin, rated « 1/3 », redirected to Castlerea and rerated « 1/4 ». The recipient refused the letter when in became aware it contained a bill for £200, a « Missent to » C L REA/88 was applied and the letter was returned to the Dublin Office and the straight line NOT * CALLED * FOR in red was applied, a wonderful and rare usage.
